🌿 The experience begins with a campfire, fried pastries, and “café carretero.” A great time to get into the spirit, warm up a bit, and enjoy those little rituals so characteristic of country life.

🐑 Next, you’ll get an up-close look at some of the traditional tasks on a ranch: you’ll watch the sheep being herded and the work in the pens, as well as a demonstration of traditional shearing.

🏡 You’ll also tour the organic garden and the ranch’s earliest buildings, discovering how this place grew and what life was like for those who made history on these lands.

🌱 And when it’s time to go for a walk, the landscape takes center stage. There’s an interpretive trail along the stream, where you’ll learn about some of the area’s native flora.

🍷 Then it’s time to taste Patagonia.

At the Mirador del Arroyo, a tasting of mountain wine and lamb confit awaits you. Yes, that combination sounds as Patagonian as it actually is. 😍

Afterward, an audiovisual presentation tells you a little more about the history of the ranch and the surroundings you’ve just explored.

The evening ends with a dinner featuring regional cuisine accompanied by traditional performances. 🍽️🎶
